The security guard noticed that we had a bike on our car rack in the parking garage. He wasn't sure it was safe and didn't feel great about where we parked. He had me move the car, followed me, took the bike off the rack himself and rolled it to the front desk to be stored there. I was very grateful for his attention and kindness!
