Pros (+) Antwone was the front desk clerk and he was more than hospitable. After a long day of having my travel plans interrupted by the Pope's visit and the lack of communication with US Airways, Antwone patiently answered the phone and provided any comforts needed at the hotel. Being offered bagels at midnight and getting a call asking if I wanted a wake up call was better than being at Grandma's house.
