This was the worst experience ever. Fruit was molded. Sink and toilet were stopped. Requests to clean the room went unanswered and then half-completed. Management was rude. Valet was missing.

Pros (+) The room exceeded expectations! My bed was very comfortable. We are also able to check in much earlier than 3, which fit our schedule nicely.
