Pros (+) I was ill and needed a place to hunker down and be served room service. I felt like I was in my own apartment. Everything was clean and nice. Cons (-) Just a couple of odd things I noticed. Wonderful Starbucks coffee in the rooms. Why would you serve non-dairy creamer with it? Beautiful breakfast with all natural good foods including Dickinson jams. Why would you serve Country Crock instead of real butter?
