The plane was delayed a bit. It wasn't a huge problem though, as we were heading back home.

I do wish the the actual airplane I flew on was bigger. But, I made it work.

All flight entertainment is from your own device and there was an $8 charge to connect. also 1 drink and a small bag of pretzels was all that was given to us. other that that the seats were good and the flight itself was as expected.

Like the friendliness of the crew, each flight had a very very drunk person next to me and the last flight had a very obese man pushing me into the aisle while the crew kept ending up hitting me in the shoulder with the beverage carts.

It is very bad they do not give you money back

They lost our bag and it took them days to find it. Terrible communication and lots of lies about where it was. Their system hasn’t merged with Hawaiian yet they route people on shared flights with Hawaiian, creating an administrative nightmare.
